About us

The IRiS Partnership brings together Cranstoun, Inclusion and a range of local partners with proven expertise, creative minds and a shared desire to re-shape drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services in the local communities we serve.

It places service users at its heart and recovery as its goal. This commitment, delivered by our skilled and compassionate staff, will endeavour to make your community a better place to live, learn, work and socialise.

Cranstoun has been making life better for those affected by alcohol and drugs since 1969. Their skilled and compassionate people work closely with services users and their families to change and save lives. They combine proven expertise in treatment and recovery with innovative approaches and actively involve those they help in improving the design of the services they provide.

Our vision is to beat alcohol and drug addiction.

We are ambitious for service users. We believe in them and know we can help them reach their full potential.

We care and act with compassion at all times.

We are innovative. We respond intelligently and imaginatively to local needs and are willing to challenge the status quo if we believe that we can deliver better and more effective user-centred solutions.

We act with integrity. We are honest and accountable. The way we work is open and transparent.
